Maggie - CEO

  1. Hey Story Go!
Looking for ways to get your littlest ones moving and imagining at the same time? I'm LOVING Hey Story Go! which is a story-making podcast for preschoolers (ages 3-5) that gets them physically participating as they listen along and help propel the story forward with their moves. Kids will go to a Magical Forest, a Pirate Party, a Dino Disco ball and more - and every episode ends with a dance party. Summer was never so fun!

  2. 5 for 5 Trivia
Hittin' the road on summer travels with the kids? 5 for 5 Trivia will keep you and the kids guessing all the way to the beach! With over 250 episodes of trivia on topics that range from amusement parks, to super heroes, to pets, cities, and space - and so many more - this is a go to podcast when you're ready for some game time. It'll keep the whole family entertained and you'll be at your final destination before you can say, "I win!"

  3. Origins Unknown
I love a good campfire tale and my first pick for families with older kids (9-12) is Origins Unknown. So creepy and sooooo good. If you, like me, like a classic spooky story that leaves you on the edge of your seat from episode to episode - this one's for you. Perfect around a campfire with friends. But listen before the lights go out!

  1. Discover the Forest
I especially love this podcast when it starts to get warm and you're looking for something fun to do outside. I live in New York City, where the first episode starts, and it totally inspired me to head up to Inwood Hill Park and explore with friends.

  2. Food Crimes
A recent addition, and a quick top favorite for me. Food Crimes does a great job of speaking to both kid and adult humor. With just enough puns to keep the adults entertained and the kids burst out laughing. Food Crimes is a must listen for any summer road trips with the whole family.

  3. Of Fae and Friends
Fairy tales never get old, no matter your age. The sound design alone is enough to make you want to tune in. This mystical podcast is brilliantly produced and is such a joy to listen to the masterful storytelling.

  1. Hero Hotel
In Season 2, Chet and Boomer are back for another hilarious summer at Hero Hotel! I absolutely love the writing and performing of this show, every episode has me cracking up. This show is a must-listen for any Marvel and DC fans.

  2. Study Beats: Breeze
This track carries you away with summer vibes right from the start, with beats rolling in over the sound of ocean waves. Perfect listening for car rides with the windows down, reading by the pool, or around the campfire.

  3. Bedtime Explorers
You don't have to be a kiddo to enjoy drifting off to sleep with these meditation stories. Sometimes when you try to sleep it's hard to shut your mind down, but listening to one of these episodes can really help.

  1. The Battle of Darcey Lane
With Brood X emerging after 17 years, cicadas were truly the soundtrack for this summer - and this audiobook was a perfect companion. Taking place during summer, this story is about friendship and growing up - plus, it includes cicadas!

  2. I Survived, The Sinking of the Titanic, 1912
We recently introduced Titanic (yes, the one with Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio) to my nieces during movie night. Admittedly, I was never a fan of it even in 1997, but it created such a great dialogue that we had to learn more - and listen to I Survived: The Sinking of the Titanic!

  3. Emma-Made Lemonade
While I never had my own, for me, nothing says "Summer is here" more than seeing lemonade stands around the neighborhood. And, for those kids who have an entrepreneurial spirit, take a listen to this podcast to hear how a young girl created an empire that started as a simple lemonade stand!

Torran - Senior Producer

  1. Action Sports Audiobooks
I always spent my summers as a kid riding BMX dirt tracks, rollerblading, and skateboarding, so this seems appropriate for kids in the summer who are into these sports, or want to learn more about them and other sports. Lots of great information and fun games to play along to in each book!

  2. Hero Hotel
I'm showing favoritism with this one, but I think this is a great summer listen, and it is fun to produce! Chet and Boomer are spending their hijinks-and-mayhem filled summer at Hero Hotel, and you can spend yours listening to season 2 of their hilarious, wacky, and fun adventure!

  3. Grimm, Grimmer, Grimmest
This is my niece's all time favorite, she's been listening to season 3 for sure! My favorite episode so far in season 3 is The Flying Trunk... "Dun-dun-dunnnnnnn!!!"

.

Amy Kraft - Director, Development & Children's Programing

  1. The Totally Unauthorized Video Game Fan Show
I don't get to play video games as often as I'd like, so I like to live vicariously through the experts on this latest fan show.

  2. Dream Breachers
No spoilers, but season 2 of Dream Breachers (coming July 28!) picks up right where season 1 leaves off, so it's the perfect time to catch up or do a re-listen to how Evan got the powers of his wildest dreams.

  3. Real Me
I'm currently traveling near my childhood home, which has me listening to Erica Rabner's album Real Me on a loop, with its rich sense of nostalgia for being a kid again, especially the songs "Home" and "Recess Royalty."

  1. Of Fae and Friends
I’ve always loved stories that can hook you in and take you on a journey to places you’ve never been or could’ve ever imagined. Of Fae and Fiends is a podcast that reminds me of those stories and is a magically epic adventure.

  2. Hey Story Go!
The songs of Hey Story Go are so upbeat and catchy that I often find myself humming along to them at random moments in my day.

  3. Hero Hotel
Season 2 of Hero Hotel is finally here! I’ve been enjoying the latest episodes and laughing along as Chet and Boomer face another summer of hilarity, hospitality and heroism.
